As a Marketplaces Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our international marketplaces strategy. Your goal is to ensure smooth operations and boost our brand’s impact, playing a key part in the growth of the sales of our hardware wallets as we rapidly expand our global footprint (18 countries for now, including North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, India, Japan, and Singapore).If you’re excited about diverse missions, crave autonomy, and want to make a global impact while working in a challenging but cool and innovative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

The mission

  • Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day tasks on our marketplaces (Amazon mainly + Shopee, Lazada, Hepsiburada, Rakuten, Flipkart, MercadoLibre). Ensure our Ledger hardware wallets and accessories are easily found and purchased by optimizing product listings, maintaining buybox availability, and provide recommendations to local partners.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast restocking needs, and ensure a seamless shopping experience without interruptions.
  • Strategic Development: Create and implement digital marketing plans to elevate Ledger’s brand presence on various online marketplaces, driving traffic to our stores and web pages.
  • Ads management: Conduct audits and use data-driven insights to optimize and enhance campaign performance across multiple Amazon marketplaces. Generate performance reports and provide recommendations on new openings and platforms.
  • Innovative Content: Develop and share creative Web3 educational content and activities to engage and educate our audience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with Branding and Design teams, distributors, and account managers to produce compelling content, promotions, and campaigns tailored to each marketplace’s audience across all countries.
  • Business Analysis: Use analytics tools to create detailed reports and gather insights on listing performance, sales trends, and advertising effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide actionable recommendations to continually improve our marketplace presence, contributing to the overall success of our strategy. You will be encouraged to propose and implement new tools or processes to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles
  • Strong organizational skills, proactivity and the ability to manage multiple streams of work
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central or advertising platforms is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Interest in web3/crypto
