The Solana Foundation is dedicated to the adoption, decentralization, and security of the Solana network. Our has a mission to help support and grow the Solana network and its community while driving mass adoption for blockchain. The Solana Foundation is working to realize a world where individuals own their data, use permissionless networks, and transfer information freely around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive a partnership funnel across key finance verticals including financial services, fintech, banking (traditional and neo), and payments
  • Engage with priority companies and ecosystem players, explaining the value proposition of blockchains and Solana’s network, driving toward high quality integrations which add value to the network
  • Work with business and product strategy teams to identify key prospects and maintain a fresh pipeline across verticals
  • Negotiate and close deals with key strategic partners
  • Guide large / traditional enterprises through shaping and delivering their web3 strategies – from ideas all the way through product architecture, implementation, and GTM
  • Develop subject matter expertise in across verticals for current and future builders on Solana
  • Working fluidly with product, marketing, engineering, and executive leadership

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in BD or strategic sales role
  • Experience working in or with the  fintech / banking sector
  • Experience working at a fast-paced technology environment
  • Experience in complex deal negotiations
  • Passion for web3 as an industry / movement
