We are seeking a passionate Ambassador Program Ops and Analytics Manager to join the Arbitrum Foundation. As a key member of the Marketing Team, you will play a pivotal role in helping the Head of Marketing make well-informed decisions on one of the largest Web3 ambassador programs, managing its backend operation. You will play a crucial role in using analytics to optimize the performance and impact of the Arbitrum Ambassador Program, providing essential insights to the team and contributing to the program’s continuous improvement and smooth operation.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support program improvements and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the content team on the submission and maintenance of content submission, ensuring it meets quality standards and timely response.
- Coordinate with external teams such as operations, legal, and finance to ensure seamless, efficient program execution.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate event proposals and other ambassador-related activities.
- Analyze content performance and provide feedback to optimize future submissions.
- Maintain the health and hygiene of the ambassador database on AirTable, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Keep thorough documentation of all program activities, making it easily accessible and shareable with the team.
- Prepare regular reports on program performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Requirements:

- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in web3.
- Previous experience in data analytics, operations management, or a similar role.
- Experience with Airtable or similar database management platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
