Our mission is to provide a competitive and inclusive benefit package tailored to meet the diverse needs of our Krakenites at every step of their personal and professional journey. Through innovative solutions and a commitment to excellence we aim to enhance the well-being and satisfaction of each of our Krakenites.
We design, build, manage and administer an international benefits program inclusive of immigration, health & wellness, pension, and time off and leave of absence for non-US employees. We problem solve Krakenites requests for time away from work, insurance questions and claim issues, audit our benefits enrollment and payroll data and maintain pension governance and compliance.

The opportunity
- Continue to improve upon the international benefits program ability to meet the diverse needs of our Krakenites. Improve the employee experience and continue to look for innovative benefits solutions.
- Provide counsel to key internal stakeholders on benefits guidelines and the nuances of regions, territories and specific countries as well as build external relationships with key benefits partners
- Report, assess and analyse data to maintain, distribute, and communicate information
- Design and manage the global mobility program
- Update & Improve employee-facing benefits communications & online content
- Support international Time Off & Leave Programs by answering Krakenite questions and overseeing the leave of absence process
- Represent the benefits team in M&A and legal entity expansion and set up
- Lead a team of international benefits analysts who are responsible for day to day benefit administration across the regions
- Support the Director of Global Benefits by executing all aspects of the annual benefits management process including health and welfare, occupational health retirement (pension), leave of absence and ancillary benefits for the international region (all countries except for US & Canada)
- Partner with the Workday team to build and improve administration efficiency through automation and employee self-service
- Conduct regular analysis to monitor the regulatory compliance and on-going effectiveness of benefits programs to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity are maintained. Shares recommendations regarding changes to existing programs with Director of Global Benefits
- Regularly monitors local works council, labor union, and acquired rights requirements to ensure company adherence to local laws
- Manage and audit the benefits invoices and payroll inputs.
- Maintain annual international benefits budget
Skills you should HODL
- 10+ years of benefits experience in EMEA and APAC, preferably in a similar role at a high tech, multinational company
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments on multiple projects
- Highly organized, operationally astute and data-oriented
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to details and high degree of accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Willingness to embrace change, self-motivated and proactive learner
- Exceptional customer service, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with an HRIS (Workday) and benefits enrollment portals
- Excellent computer skills – advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR
- Empathetic, emotionally intelligent, motivated and passionate
