We’re seeking a Brand Designer to join the growing Global Growth Marketing team at Coinbase based in our London office. You’ll be responsible for all things design, delivering the best possible design and brand outcomes while staying cognizant of our business needs.

As a Brand Designer, you’ll lead by example as you facilitate cross-functional collaborations and identify opportunities for the brand design team to operate more strategically, holistically, and effectively at Coinbase. You’ll work closely with the Brand Design Manager in San Francisco and the Head of Global Growth Marketing, in the London office to establish brand design excellence at Coinbase and a vision for the future of Coinbase brand across Europe.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own design from brief to execution across an extensive range of initiatives.
  • Bring Coinbase to life with exceptional design that tells our story in compelling ways.
  • Design for the user. Create cross-platform experiences that are simple, intuitive & consistent.
  • Own day-to-day execution of marketing assets ranging from print, digital and offline ads, emails, etc), packaging and even credit cards.

What we look for in you:

  • 5+ years of Product, Brand or Marketing Design experience.
  • Start-up experience; wearing multiple hats in a rapid-paced environment.
  • Strong animation skills using – After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.
  • A keen eye for detail and high-quality design executions.
  • Ability to interpret a range of design briefs, from hyper-specific to broadly undefined.

Nice to haves:

  • Agency experience is a nice to have.
  • A user of Coinbase products.
