About the Role:

As an Analyst at Chainlink Labs, you will play a vital role in managing the qualification and placement of inbound lead generation. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a maximum turnaround time of 72 hours for all leads through stage 1, which involves initial validation. Additionally, you will be responsible for progressing strategic clients’ education and understanding of Chainlink Labs’ products and services, focusing on 5 named clients and achieving pre-agreed goals. Furthermore, you will secure new targeted contacts from named accounts through strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilites

  • Serve as the first response line for all marketing and event-generated lead generation.
  • Facilitate the progression of qualified leads through the direct sales team or via the partner program, as applicable.
  • Collaborate with the Developer Relations team to build strategic Centers of Excellence and host educational boot camps for select named customers.
  • Develop new sales opportunities through outbound cold emails/calls and lead follow-ups.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Answer customers’ questions, resolve concerns and provide additional information through calls and emails.
  • Explain and demonstrate the functions and features of Chainlink Labs’ products and services.
  • Maintain and improve the prospect database.
  • Stay up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.
  • Assist the direct sales team with upselling certain products and services for targeted campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of working with C-level stakeholders and managing strategic relationships.
  • Strong technical understanding across the asset and value lifecycle, including front, middle, and back-office operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in capital markets front-line roles and requirement scoping/validation.
  • Strong understanding of product/market fit and the ability to perform high-level gap analysis on inbound customer leads.
