Overview

In this role, you will work directly with our CEO to shape our go-to-market strategy and manage fundraising process. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate individual to work at the forefront of blockchain technology and truly shape products that have impact in the real world. We are building a global solution with a particular interest in Chinese and Korean market so you will have the opportunity to travel and establish teams in other countries. You will have opportunity to attend various conferences around the world, network with potential business partners/investors and build strong network in cryptocurrency space.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define product scope and go-to-market strategy with a focus in US, China and Korea market
• Identify potential value-added business partners and establish working relationship with them
• Identify business opportunity
• Establish a team of curators who conduct research in blockchain space
• Manage fundraising process including talking to potential investors and maintaining good investor’s relationship
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including engineering, product management, executive leadership, and recruiting
• Be a steward and influencer of our early mission driven culture

REQUIREMENTS
• 4+ years of experience in business development
• Fluent in English, knowing Chinese and/or Korean is a big plus
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized application
• The ability to learn and adapt to a rapidly evolving space
• Flexibility to work across a range of projects while meeting deadlines and ensuring high standards are met

PREFERED
• Experience with fundraising and driving business partnerships
• Strong writing skills with ability to convey messages to wide audience
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptoeconomics
