The Business Systems Manager is responsible for the implementation, configuration, operation, and/or optimization of business systems/platforms by analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated solutions. With a focus on design, automated solutions, technical implementation, process improvements, and training, this role ensures systems and/or platforms are implemented and maintained effectively to provide the best ROI.

This person will play a key role as the super administrator for the operations technology stack of third party software used by team members. This role will troubleshoot problems while continuously making improvements to ensure productivity and clear data reporting. This role must have a holistic understanding of business operations and be able to collaborate with all departments to ensure their needs are being met, while also managing data hygiene and integrity.

Note: This position is fully remote and does not require relocation or visa sponsorship. We are currently unable to sponsor work visas. Additionally, the team you will be joining is globally distributed, with members located in North America, Europe, and Oceania. Therefore, this position necessitates flexibility regarding working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary technical resource, working collaboratively across multiple functional areas from conception to implementation of business systems (heavy focus onHubSpot/CRM ) changes.
  • Manage implementation, configuration, and/or optimization efforts.
  • Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scale systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to customize and create solutions that support overall business strategies, including creating custom fields, workflows, and automations.
  • Design and optimize contact lifecycle stage management processes and sales processes within HubSpot and all associated go-to-market (GTM) stack tools.
  • Document system requirements, define scope and objectives, and assist in the creation of system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and measure the effectiveness of related efforts.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding with personal hardware purchases and reformatting
  • Provide training and support to users across the organization to ensure users are proficient and leveraging capabilities effectively. Stay informed about new features and updates to Hubspot, and evaluate potential impact on operations and strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing HubSpot or equivalent CRM systems, business systems and/or operations in a B2B SaaS environment required. 8+ years of experience, preferred.
  • Hubspot or equivalent CRM system certification (e.g., HubSpot Certified Administrator, HubSpot Certified Marketing Software, etc.), required.
  • Have industry knowledge and understanding of best practices and processes related to the configuration, deployment, integration, management, and maintenance of systems and/or platforms.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects and/or programs of increasing complexity through monitoring progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths/weaknesses of alternative solutions, analyze costs and benefits, evaluate options, and implement solutions while managing resources appropriately.
  • Demonstrated expertise in spearheading a cross-functional Governance team dedicated to preserving HubSpot data integrity, usability, and security, thus upholding the instance’s reliability and ensuring top-notch data quality for streamlined business operations.

Salary Range

  • $171,000 to $190,000 USD (salary may be adjusted based on location)
