Overview

Our SVP Products and Corporate Development is looking for an experienced senior manager with a combination of strong people skills, product and GTM strategy/execution, business operations/program experiences to work alongside him to drive forward key organizational initiatives.  The Chief of Staff will drive forward initiatives on behalf of the SVP Products and Corporate Development, by creating streamlined processes, communicating consistently and frequently, building trust across the organization, prioritizing areas for investment, and assisting key leaders in achieving focus within their teams. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP, ensuring he is as efficient and effective as possible.

Role Description

  • Help create and articulate a broad RippleNet strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish the controls, processes, policies that drive RippleNet at Ripple, and ensure that the growth of RippleNet globally meets our strategic vision of scale, impact, effectiveness and quality.
  • Identify misalignment and take proactive action to resolve it in a timely manner with positive and effective communication.
  • Lead key operational initiatives through cultivating close relationships and working closely with key stakeholders within and outside of RippleNet – including (but not limited to) Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Legal and Business Development.
  • Own, define and drive adoption and uptake of OKRs across RippleNet, including establishing review process and alignment to key Ripple initiatives.
  • Organize and run RippleNet leadership meetings (RippleNet All Hands, Staff meetings, QBR’s, Off-sites etc) to ensure there is cross team collaborations, alignment and information sharing.
  • Act as a representative for SVP Products and Corporate Development in various meetings, and forums as appropriate.
  • Work closely with data analytics teams to create dashboards to measure business results and hold teams accountable.  Create a data driven decision making culture that is inclusive and equitable at RippleNet.
  • Ensuring we have strong functioning customer feedback loops between product, engineering product marketing, sales and account managers.
  • Assisting RippleNet leads with resource prioritization, allocation and demand management.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience, ideally from a financial technology, enterprise technology, or business process consulting/operations background
  • Undergraduate degree; MBA a plus but not required
  • Have the ability to learn quickly on a fast-paced and growing team
  • Handle interpersonal relationships professionally and empathetically
  • Organized, detail orientated and intellectually curious individual
  • Have excellent strategic Mindset, with the ability to see the big picture and outline key outcomes
  • Have superb people and management skills and ability to interact with peers, senior leadership, cross-functional stakeholders etc
