Your mission:
You are in close contact with our top users and will help them with various problems and questions concerning Bitpanda services, BEST and Pantos, handling user requests in German, English, and additional languages. A key role pertains to assisting our users through our proof of funds process and educating them on a variety of topics.
What you’ll do:
- Utilise email, live chat, and phone calls responding to client requests regarding all Bitpanda products and services
- Manage the documentation process and improve it for assigned clients
- Be the voice of the related user group, evaluate the feedback and be responsible for escalation management, if needed
- Build up a personal relationship with your clients and engage with them
- Track your success based on company or department KPIs
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Fintech, Sales, Support or Client Engagement
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and Bitpanda Services, as well as our competitors
- Basic understanding of different financial products such as stocks, derivatives, and ETFs
- Metrics-based experience of meeting the requirements of relevant KPIs, as well as creating related statistics
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and German are required (C2 level)
- Any additional native languages are a plus
- Strong team player skill with an ability to suggest and pursue project management related tasks
