Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and actively engage with the community on Twitter, Telegram, Discord and other relevant channels.
- Analyze social media tools to glean trends and statistics to provide meaningful insights to the mods and the team.
- Foster positive and informative discussions in the community.
- Consistently respond to the questions quickly and comprehensively.
- Analyze the major complaints that warrant response and escalate the major crises to the team.
- Proactively identify collections to list.
Qualifications:
- You are already a STEPN community member with an interest in the product and strong belief in the success of the project.
- You have knowledge and passion for blockchain, NFTs and play2earn concepts.
- You have experience in presenting data driven insights.
- You have proven experience in scaling the communities in size, volume and region.
- You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage in diverse communities.
- You have a global mindset with an attitude of openness and inclusion.
