Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Community Manager to own strategy, content creation, and measurement for Rarible’s visual presence, primarily on Instagram and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

    • Own all aspects of social media strategy and execution related to Rarible’s Instagram and TikTok accounts
    • Oversee an editorial calendar for these platforms with a focus on visual, web3-native storytelling
    • Pitch creative concepts for Instagram and TikTok content that meet Rarible’s partnership and community-building objectives
    • Submit and manage design requests for any visual needs
    • Identify relevant and significant ways for Rarible to participate in culture and fan conversations
    • Leverage a diverse mix of insights to inform creative strategies and effectively tell the story of social performance
    • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for content
    • Act as a social authority and trusted advisor in key areas, ranging from mastery of the Instagram algorithm to knowledge on the latest TikTok trends
    • Represent social marketing in cross-functional interactions with internal teams and external partners, including NFT projects, artists, partner agencies, and more
    • Be willing to host Instagram Lives and TikTok videos

Skills & Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in social media
    • Web3 native with a deep understanding and interest in crypto and NFT market
    • Experience in social media and/or community management
    • Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
    • Please be able to provide a list of previously-run social handles OR portfolio of visual work
    • Experience with NFTs is not required but a strong plus
