DFINITY is looking for a creative, experienced, collaborative content marketer to join our fast-growing team. This person will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Communications teams. Most importantly, you will help the Marketing team deliver high quality content across all channels to accelerate the growth trajectory of the Internet Computer — a $3.9 trillion dollar market opportunity.

The ideal candidate has expertise to craft and execute an end-to-end content strategy — reflected in a successful track record of creating compelling blog posts, guides, emails, infographics, podcasts, videos, etc to support marketing efforts towards brand, demand generation, and product marketing goals.

You will work closely with your DFINITY team members, the industry’s most distinguished team of distributed computing engineers, cryptographers and functional experts, to give people a glimpse into the infinite possibilities of building on the Internet Computer.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to scope and execute an end-to-end content marketing strategy and program.
  • Work as an Editor and Copywriter with a team of writers — both freelance and in-house — to produce new content that gives people a glimpse into the infinite possibilities of building on the Internet Computer.
  • Oversee content projects and campaigns related to brand marketing efforts.
  • Manage an editorial calendar to ensure writers — both freelance and in-house — consistently meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Communications, etc  to accelerate awareness and adoption of the Internet Computer.
  • Track content performance via dashboards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in an editorial capacity (e.g., editor, copy editor, writer, etc).
  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years experience working with and managing both freelance and in-house writers.
  • Experience leading editorial content programs.
  • Strong track record of successful developing compelling content on-time and on-budget.
  • Ability to articulately present and debate recommendations.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc).
  • Creative, tough, high-character,  relentlessly focused, and able to work hard in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to ensure a successful launch and adoption environment for the Internet Computer.
