Binance is looking for an experienced sales or business development professional with a strong understanding of the crypto industry to spearhead our growth in this space.
This role will leverage relationship development, existing networks, and understanding of the institutional crypto space in order to educate, introduce, and inspire new investment into the world of cryptocurrency from major institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals from a global market.
- Acquire, develop, and maintain relationships with institutional clients (HNWIs, private banks, HFs, VCs, etc.) globally
- Engage with project teams and crypto native institutions to generate leads and new business opportunities
- Originate new institutional clients and manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting, to deal negotiation, closing, including renewals and upsales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of customer service
- Understand the challenges of our clients and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
- Provide thought leadership for Binance, with a customer-focused, regulatory-awareness attitude
- Identify new business opportunities in the crypto industry especially within crypto wallet/ custody/ crypto prime services
- Educate new and existing clients on the exciting world of cryptocurrency
- At least 3 years of custodian sales experience within crypto sector
- Strong sales track records
- Skilled in prospecting techniques
- Knowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
