OnJuno is looking for customer support representatives to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support through and through.


  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product and Operation teams


  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with Fintech is a plus
  • Experience using Zendesk, Intercom, and other remote support tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Empathy and patience are a must
  • Strong English writing and speaking skills
  • Shift Timing –10:30 PM to 7:30 AM IST
