Premia is offering an unique opportunity in the quickly evolving DeFi space for a remote Full-Time Analyst to stay up to date with the latest innovation in the digital asset space.  You will be working with our Operations Team, Engineering Team, Finance Team, and reporting directly to the COO.  This role will be responsible for looking into and speaking with new DeFi Protocols, looking for great Risk/Reward opportunities, creating technical and product explainers, suggesting new features and improvements to the Premia Ecosystem, designing these new features with engineering, engaging with the community, in short you will be directly involved with changing the growing DeFi landscape.

Ideal Candidate:

Passionate interest in Crypto, Digital Assets, and Decentralized Finance

Financial Product Knowledge (Bonds, Equities, Digital Assets, Derivatives, etc)

Autonomous and a Self-Starter

Deep Understanding of DeFi Protocols (Yearn, Hegic, Aave, Compound, Maker, Sushiswap, etc)

Ability to Explain complex protocols in layman’s terms

Desire and Drive to Learn

Exceptional Communication Skills

Active DeFi Degen (Providing your Degen Score is a plus)

Familiar with all EVM compatible chains and their benefits/drawbacks

Familiar with Solidity Based Engineering Constraints

On-Chain Analytics (EVM Chains ie Etherscan)

Technical Understanding of the Ethereum Blockchain
