Who we are

Web3Auth is a VC-backed company that works on applied cryptography and we specialize in private key management software. Our company vision is to proliferate the usage of cryptographic keys to enable use cases that empower the individual. Our solution allows for applications to setup a public key infrastructure while maintaining flows that end-users are familiar with. Our aim is to provide a seamless user experience to the applications that integrate us, ultimately driving adoption in the ecosystem. You will work hands-on on Web3Auth, various tools and rapidly deliver innovative solutions. As a key member of the development team, the candidate should be comfortable with driving technical ideas and communicating clearly with technical as well as non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and survey current and future prospecting markets
  • Derive and build pipeline for content generation and publication
  • Work hand in hand with sales and product team
  • Iterate and evolve our marketing processes to suit the industry
  • Lead the marketing and user growth strategic directions
  • Conduct marketing research and business analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Establish KPI’s and analytical approach to growth
  • Participate in, and lead brainstorming sessions
  • Driving traffic to the various Web3Auth channels, websites, landing pages, social media, and other distribution channels
  • Working with industry standard metrics such as AARRR (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Revenue – Revenue) as well as utilising conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks
  • Working on a lean start-up process
  • Being data-driven a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.
  • Develop social media communities (e.g. Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Meta, Youtube, etc.) and constantly engage users for acquisition, retention and activation
  • Creates digital community guidelines & policies
  • Create best practices for driving new users at various stages of a product’s life (beta, launch, general release, new season, etc)
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion

Requirement

  • Min 4 years of experience in Marketing
  • A predilection to learning new skills and exploring new concepts with a long-term view of professional development
  • Highly experience in the Blockchain world and has done similar marketing strategy in the past
  • Excellent storytelling skills with a mastery of the English language
  • Strong performance in building go-to market strategies with an understanding of how to push products in the current market trend
  • A vast and diverse network within the crypto space, including but not limited to influencers, KOL/KOC, content creators and Web 3.0 founders highly desirable
  • Fluency with all core social channels
  • Experience in building successful partnerships with other brands and projects
  • Data-centric mindset with a good sense of expected impact each strategy would have
  • Expert knowledge and interest in NFTs, DAOs and Web 3.0 is an advantage
  • Naturally well-organised and unfazed when working towards deadlines
  • Strong communicator, independent and driven individual
  • Thrive in collaborative cultures and working cross-functionally with other departments and vendors to launch successful partnerships
  • Exceptional project management skills – detail-oriented, high degree of organisation skills
