About the Team and Role

BlockFi is looking for a Director of Growth Technology to build a world class platform that powers offsite marketing and onsite experimentation and personalization capabilities. We are seeking a seasoned yet nimble people leader with proven ability to execute, build scalable processes and systems within high-growth organizations.

The ideal candidate will have the following experiences and abilities:

  • 8+ years leadership experience in marketing technology, site experimentation, and/or marketing analytics at a B2C fintech company
  • 2+ years Director level or above with team management experience
  • Experience onboarding and integrating (i) experimentation platforms that support advanced multivariate testing (e.g. Adobe Target, Optimizely); (ii) customer data platforms (e.g. Segment, mParticle); and offsite (iii) audience management platforms (e.g. LiveRamp, Adobe Audience Manager)
  • Ability to work in partnership with data science and/or advanced analytics on predictive targeting models in both offline batch scoring and real-time personalization environments
  • Experience working directly with engineering, including drafting technical design and product requirement documentation and owning roadmap prioritization to successful delivery
  • Guide infrastructure development that powers audience segmentation and achievement of business objectives
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment with diverse priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at the executive level
  • Enthusiastic about cryptocurrency markets and ecosystem

  • Managed teams of growth / marketing technology specialists
