Rally is a community-run network that enables creators, artists, celebrities and brands to launch their own digital currencies.  Rally leverages blockchain technology to offer creator communities a new form of support that removes the need for gatekeepers and middlemen.

We’ve been helping a variety of creators and brands launch their own “Creator Coin”, which is a branded cryptocurrency that works across all platforms, is creator-controlled and owned (Rally takes no fees), and allows for new monetization opportunities and fan experiences.  Many of our creators are already earning thousands of dollars in monthly income.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop product positioning and assets across a variety of marketing channels to articulate the opportunities for creators when launching Creator Coins on Rally and for fans to understand the benefits of participating in Creator Coin economies

  • Create and execute go-to-market plans to attract new creators and provide value to existing creators

  • Identify opportunities to improve the fan experience and articulate fan needs back to product

  • Develop marketing collateral and programs for fans to better understand the value of crypto, Rally and Creator Coins

  • Work with Creator Success to develop a regular dialogue with Creators to funnel feedback and product requests to Product, Community, and Developer Ecosystem teams

  • Collaborate closely with the creator partnerships, creator success, marketing and communications team members to ensure that key product messages are used across the organization and that messaging is consistent, accurate, and on-brand

  • Understand the user journey and the needs creators and fans have at each stage in their journeys in order to inform marketing efforts

  • Translate traditional B2B product marketing techniques into something that resonates with creators and fans (including webinars, educational content series, etc.)

  • Work with Creator Success to identify and catalogue creator use-cases building out a deep playbook that can be integrated into a variety of marketing and success channels

  • Regularly communicate to Creators, Partners and internal teams around future product roadmap

  • Provide feedback to Rally’s product leads to identify opportunities to better serve creators and their fans

  • Strike a delicate balance between crypto-centric messaging and approachable messaging for creators and their fans

Skills and Experience You Possess:

  • You have 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ in product marketing

  • You’ve handled multiple aspects of product launches with cross functional stakeholders

  • You’ve worked with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to drive alignment across all go-to-market channels

  • You have experience in multi-sided marketplaces where marketing messages need to appeal to both sides of the marketplace

  • You know how to translate both qualitative and quantitative creator feedback into valuable insights that will help you be ever-improving product marketing efforts

  • You’re great at building relationships internally and externally

  • You possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

  • You can readily adapt to changing deadlines, emerging needs, policy changes, and the variety of nuances that can happen in product development

  • You appreciate community and want to engage with creators, fans and crypto investors

  • You can juggle multiple projects seamlessly

  • Nice to have: You are familiar with both cryptocurrency and creators
