Chainlink Labs is seeking a talented and creative Employer Brand Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Employer Brand Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our employer brand and attracting top talent to Chainlink Labs. Reporting directly to the Manager of Talent Operations, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to develop and implement effective employer branding strategies and initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our fast-growing organization and make a meaningful impact on our talent acquisition efforts.
- Develop and execute the employer branding strategy:
- Collaborate with the Manager of Talent Operations and other key stakeholders to define the employer brand strategy and align it with Chainlink Labs’ overall mission and values
- Conduct research and market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in employer branding
- Develop and implement creative and impactful campaigns, initiatives, and programs to enhance Chainlink Labs’ employer brand presence across various channels
- Employer brand messaging and storytelling:
- Create compelling and authentic messaging that effectively communicates Chainlink Labs’ culture, values, and employee value proposition (EVP)
- Craft engaging and persuasive content for various platforms, including the company website, social media, blog posts, and job descriptions
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Communications, to ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling across different touch points
- Talent attraction:
- Develop innovative and effective strategies to attract top talent to Chainlink Labs, leveraging the employer brand
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to ensure job postings and careers pages accurately reflect the employer brand and EVP
- Employer brand monitoring and analysis:
- Monitor and analyze online and offline channels to assess the perception of Chainlink Labs’ employer brand and identify opportunities for improvement
- Track key metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Employer brand ambassadorship:
- Act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally, ensuring consistent representation of the employer brand and values
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster a positive employee experience and cultivate a strong employer brand culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus
- Proven experience in employer branding, talent attraction, or related fields
- Strong understanding of branding principles, market trends, and best practices in employer branding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and authentic messaging
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies
- Data-driven approach with experience in analyzing metrics and drawing insights
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and project management skill
- Familiarity with the technology industry or blockchain space is a plus
