Overview

We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who understands both how to prioritize time-sensitive tasks and how to make time for team camaraderie. As someone who will be interfacing with executives on behalf of Audius, you must be detail-oriented and have sound business judgement. You must be able to effectively juggle tasks from multiple teammates, follow up on outstanding requests, and have a high level of discretion in handling sensitive information. You will also be an integral part of our team culture, helping to facilitate communication on our fully-remote team as well as planning frequent creative virtual team events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of scheduling experience
  • 2+ years of working directly with high-level executives
  • A passion for artists and innovative technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A sense of professionalism and integrity

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules for our two Cofounders
  • Coordinate with artists, music industry executives, investment partners, etc. for scheduling
  • Manage the company calendar
  • Coordinate with candidates for upcoming interviews
  • Schedule and manage team β€˜onsites’ for candidates
  • Plan and coordinate monthly remote internal activities & holidays
  • Plan and execute in-person offsites (once it is safe to meet in-person!)
  • Facilitate team participation in external events across various functions
  • While these are the core duties of this role, you can expect this role to grow and evolve over time
