What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
- Maintain a calendar and schedule for 1-2 VPs. Responsible for scheduling internal and external meetings, anticipate conflicts, and resolve last minute changes
- Coordinate and schedule business travel when applicable
- Expenses/reimbursement
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Coordinate with recruiting to ensure interviews are scheduled in a timely manner
- Working as a strategic partner who understands the flow of the business and can act in a proactive vs reactive manner
- Organize team offsites (virtual and in person) as required
- Take notes in meetings, agenda creation/maintenance, organizing all hands
- Collaborate with other EBPs, EAs, HRBPs, EWX, and Recruiting on day to day operations
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite
- 5+ years of experience as an EA/EBP
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
- Interest in implementing processes and procedures to improve work efficiency and productivity
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and business matters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Can do attitude. You’re always willing to help out and no job is too small
Nice to haves:
- Experience working in a fast paced start up environment
- Crypto knowledge
