POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a proactive problem-solver to join the Global Service Delivery at Xapo as an Implementation Lead.

Reporting to the Head of Global Service Delivery, the Implementation Lead will play a critical role in managing strategic partnerships that will enable Xapo to launch its services in multiple countries in Europe.

An Implementation Lead at XAPO is responsible for driving all aspects of implementing interoperability with Xapo partners; this means:

  • Helping co-create Interoperability Plan with third party partner
  • Responsible for communication between Xapo domains and its counterparts at third party partner.
  • Monitoring Interoperability Plan and ensuring any roadblocks and/or risks are removed to guarantee plan date achievement
  • The work involves leading a multi-functional team with no direct line of report to achieve all plan dates
  • Curiosity, passion for data and attention to detail are key to succeed in this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing, and managing all aspects of Plan development in conjunction with third party
  • Managing Xapo’s and Partners’ internal expectations, dates and commitments
  • Following up and ensuring all issues pertaining to the Plan are moving according to plan
  • Building (or ensuring the building of)  all compliance documentation required for a NEW Service to be offered by Xapo
  • Preparing Local Service Requests (that may be used by Xapo Country Manager for service evolution)
  • Monitoring the: submission, tracking, documenting and monitoring submitted directly or by Technical lead
  • Managing firm commitments for all Xapo domains and Partner dependency
  • Managing all changes to Plan to achieve the minimum number of delays
  • Performing special project work that would help automate some of the Implementation Lead tasks

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven 3+ years of experience in Project Management within the Banking/Fintech industry.
  • 3+ years experience in project managing or being part of large technical implementation projects.
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent English.
  • Proven experience of key stakeholder management.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills with attention to details.
  • Proven project management experience with technology rolls outs, implementations or big interoperability projects between two companies.
  • Previous experience using JIRA as project management tool.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – willing to do many different things, move fast, have a high degree of ownership and good judgment.
