– Create a tight-knit community of like-minded players

We’re thrilled to be hiring our first Community Manager, who will work with us to co-create and implement a community engagement and growth plan. The responsibilities will be diversified and will include a variety of facets of community management. You’ll be in charge of the community strategy and interacting with the community.

What you might be doing:

  • Manage our public Discord server as well as our social media accounts
  • Assist us in conveying our vision, values, and skills in a way that inspires and motivates a thriving, growing community
  • Develop community engagement and growth plans
  • Lead activities to onboard new members & players to our community
  • Organize community events, such as contests, AMA, and online activities
  • Recruit and manage moderators and community leaders from the community to help promote and manage the guild

What you might bring:

  • 2+ years of community management experience, including at least 1 year of crypto experience
  • Self-starter who thrives on fast-paced, iterative learning-by-doing
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large communities
  • Intrinsic desire to work with a dedicated and mission-driven team whose values are similar to yours
  • Passion for client service and strong dispute resolution abilities
  • Deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and real enthusiasm for it
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage a big global online community and audience
  • Expert understanding of current crypto communities
  • Have an owner’s mindset: you concentrate on the company’s ultimate goal
  • Professional experience in a rapidly growing startup
