TrustToken’s TrueFi platform brings uncollateralized lending on-chain, offering lenders high earning rates with full transparency of how their funds are allocated, and borrowers the ease of fast, fixed-rate, fixed-term loans without collateral requirements. Borrowers build credit scores by using the platform, paving the way for credit lines in TrueFi 2.0

Our TrueCurrencies (TUSD, TGBP, TAUD, TCAD, THKD) are the world’s most trusted stablecoins. Each is fully collateralized and attested live on-chain, leading the way in transparency in our industry. Collectively, these stablecoins now move billions of dollars around the world each month, including across +100 trading partners like Binance, Huobi, and OKEx. TUSD users enjoy lightning-fast transactions, easy minting and redemptions, and obsessive customer service.

As Global Marketing Exec, you will join a fast-growing fintech company. You will have a unique opportunity to shape our strategy and messaging, developing a brand that bridges the crypto and mainstream financial worlds, and is poised to become a leader in the new financial ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the brand and asset development strategy, including: creating a vision and strategy for TrustToken to enter the global marketplace, developing and executing B2B and B2C campaigns (including brand, PR, communications, thought leadership, white papers, etc.), and developing and deploying a go-to-market plan for different target audiences
  • Partner with the executive team to ensure marketing supports the vision and growth of our platform and tokens
  • Design the marketing department’s structure and create a hiring plan and roadmap for global hubs
  • Operationalize the marketing department by building systems and processes, establishing brand guidelines and voice, growing our internal capacity to produce content and reach audiences, and developing best practice playbooks for internal and external processes
  • Define segmentation and develop personas for key audiences like traders, global businesses, crypto exchanges, crypto startups, and employees
  • Build out messaging and assets targeted for key audiences
  • Define marketing goals and track our progress and ROI
  • Identify where we need agency partners and manage partner relationships and results

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience building global brands and managing global marketing teams for fast-paced tech companies
  • Willingness to travel to Asia (up to 30% travel)
  • Experience in the fintech space and avid follower of the crypto/blockchain industry and regulations
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Thought-leader with a passion for storytelling and writing
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to see new marketing and product opportunities
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to ensure consistency across channels and communications
  • Outstanding project management abilities
  • Data-junkie who operates by making data-based decisions
  • Ability to create and grow a department and manage people
  • Familiarity with and the ability to implement systems used to track KPIs
