We are now looking for a Human Resource Manager to help use maintain, grow and develop our team of amazing people. The position is remote and available to anyone self-driven, and with the experience and capacity to contribute to our vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the recruitment pipeline, including initial screenings, arranging interviews, assessment reviews and making offers
  • Improve and update the hiring policy in accordance with management guidelines
  • Develop a structure to collect employee feedback and tracking of personal development goals
  • Develop initiatives to improve intra-company communication
  • Helping with organising and shaping company events
  • Create and implement effective on-boarding plans and assist in exit processes
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the company

Requirements

  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in HR/Recruiting
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of HR functions (benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Self-motivated team player who can work independently and using their own initiative
