The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for client outreach, identifying opportunities in the market, building relationships with clients and prospective clients and establishing revenue generating partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets set by management
  • Identify & research potential client contacts, generate leads, and uncover high-value opportunities
  • Establish and build relationships with executives and decision makers at prospective partners and clients via outbound phones calls, emails, messages, and attending industry events
  • Prepare and deliver client-specific pitches and proposals across all of Decrypt’s revenue channels (website advertising, newsletters, sponsored content, podcasts, event sponsorships, and more.)
  • Forecast, track and report on sales performance
  • Assist in on-going client management
  • Work closely with internal teams across the company to develop and execute on custom partnerships
  • Responsible for timely collections of invoices


  • Strong business and data acumen
  • General interest or understanding of the blockchain & crypto space
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
