In 2015 IOHK founders, Charles Hoskinson and Jeremy Wood, set out to cause cascading disruption, committed to using peer-to-peer innovations to provide financial services to the three billion people who don’t have them. Summary

As Marketing Campaign Producer at IOHK you are responsible for managing the marketing output and overall marketing vision for specific products. You will work closely with the Product Marketing Manager and turn their documentation and research into a tangible campaign. You will work closely with the design and content teams to help deliver a concise campaign brief.

Duties:

  • Creating pitch decks
  • Working up campaign ideas and developing a campaign vision
  • Delivering clear, well organised briefs to the content and design teams
  • Building relationships with Product Managers
  • Working collaboratively across the in house agency
  • Overseeing the marketing strategy and developing relevant documentation

Key Competencies:

  • Experienced with brand positioning and messaging
  • Be able to develop campaign proposals and decks that make a real impact
  • Ability to build relationships internally; across remote teams.
  • Excellent writing skills and able to distill complex information into concise documentation
  • Able to articulate ideas clearly and eloquently
  • Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with strong work ethic.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Ability to work with highly technical information and translate into accessible customer / market benefits.
  • Excellent content writing and campaign management skills.

Education / Experience:

  • 7+ years Marketing Campaign Production experience
  • Previous experience of working both agency side and client side is essential, whilst a focus on technology is desirable.
  • Experience creating award winning campaigns
  • Experience in a rapidly growing organisation.
  • Experience of taking technology from early adopter stage to mainstream.
  • Process oriented – experience in identifying and establishing collaborative work processes.
  • Lives in Europe, as frequent travel to the UK is required.
