Overview

  • Understand unique challenges and develop plans to increase retention and drive F2P-to-blockchain conversion (analogous to “free-to-paid” conversion in F2P).
  • Work with marketing and community team to identify needs & opportunities.
  • Assist Director in establishing KPIs for CRM efforts. Manage program execution to achieve goals.
  • Establish and manage multi-channel consumer lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our multi-channel programs, promotion calendars and direct communication efforts.
  • Program schedule of email/SMS/MMS/in-app & push notification deployments (Blaze)
  • Manage efficacy and ROI reporting on all campaigns (creator/developer programs, email/sms, events, partnerships, etc).
  • Partner with data platforms (CRM, pixels on site, etc) to provide robust data reporting throughout the company.
  • Provide monthly CRM reports to identify trends and insights related to marketing strategies/activities to share with the leadership team.
  • Formulate recommendations for tool optimization and develop strategies for solving business needs with CRM.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate community-member-centric recommendations and influence decisions using data/insights.
  • Interested in solving never-before-solved challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Strong understanding of gaming, crypto and web3 ecosystems is a plus.
  • Must be flexible and solution-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Openness to global travel.
