Description
As the Marketing Operations Lead, you will be at the core of optimizing and streamlining 1inch’s marketing efforts. Your role will focus on ensuring efficient processes, managing marketing tools, and analyzing performance data to drive strategic decision-making. This position is critical in supporting the marketing team’s success by enabling smooth execution, measurable results, and driving collaboration within marketing and other teams (Product, Business Development, etc.).
End Deliverables:
- Fully optimized marketing processes and workflows, resulting in improved efficiency
- Clear and actionable insights from marketing performance data to guide strategy
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or related fields
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, automation, and analytics tools
- Proven ability to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Experience in data analysis and reporting to measure marketing performance
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Web3 or blockchain-related marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
