About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to help grow Figment’s marketing team and optimize the operational backbone of our campaigns. In this role, you’ll own the marketing tech stack, fine-tune workflows, and ensure seamless integration of systems to enable impactful, data-driven campaigns.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in B2B marketing operations who can manage platforms like Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and WordPress to drive efficiency and performance. You’ll also lead initiatives like A/B testing, multivariate testing, and email marketing campaigns to help us refine and scale our strategies.

This is a full-time remote position with working hours aligned to the Eastern Time Zone. If you’re excited by the idea of creating seamless systems, unlocking insights from data, and supporting a world-class marketing team, this role may be a great fit for you.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Manage and optimize Figment’s marketing tech stack, including Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
  • Develop, document, and refine marketing workflows, ensuring efficient and scalable operations across the team.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests for email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital assets to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards to measure performance across channels and campaigns, enabling clear visibility into ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Implement and oversee lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing processes in Pardot to support the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the content team to optimize WordPress pages for campaign performance and tracking.
  • Create reporting frameworks for email marketing performance and audience engagement metrics, delivering actionable insights to the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in marketing systems to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Stay up to date on marketing technology trends and recommend new tools or processes for enhanced efficiency.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience with B2B marketing operations, particularly using Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Skilled in Google Analytics, with the ability to analyze and report on campaign performance.
  • Proficient in managing and optimizing WordPress for content marketing purposes.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing, with a track record of using data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Expertise in email marketing campaign design, execution, and reporting.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving.
  • An excellent communicator who thrives in a cross-functional, remote-first team.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Even Better If You Have

  • Experience implementing advanced lead scoring and nurturing strategies in Pardot.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for custom reporting and data analysis.
  • A background or interest in blockchain, Web3, or crypto ecosystems.

Interview process

At Figment, we try to go above and beyond in making sure that you have the best possible experience interviewing with us. We strive for a smooth, organized, and informative process.

  • During your first Recruiter Call, you will be provided with more information about Figment, the position and what to expect for the rest of the interview process. Please be prepared to discuss why you are interested in joining Figment and what excites you about the position and company.
  • As we go through the process, we work to make sure that you hear back from us in a timely fashion. If we decide at any point that we’re unfortunately not moving forward, we will give you feedback on why it was not a fit.
  • We aim for the entire process to take around 2-3 weeks from initial screen to offer. There can be exceptions on either side of the bell curve here, but as a rule, that’s the time-frame you can expect.
