The Starknet Foundation was established to support the development of Starknet, a state-of-the-art layer 2 blockchain network built on top of Ethereum. Our mission is to unlock Ethereum’s scalability and efficiency, making decentralized applications more accessible and effective. We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Partner Marketing Manager to join our Ecosystem Marketing team. This role focuses on supporting our ecosystem partners’ growth through tailored marketing strategies and go-to-market plans. You will work closely with partners to facilitate their marketing activities, helping them to enhance their brand presence and achieve their marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support partner projects.

• Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing materials and campaigns that promote their brands.

• Plan and manage partner-focused events and promotions.

• Develop a prioritization system with corresponding marketing policies to facilitate efficient collaboration with ecosystem partners.

• Track and analyze the performance of partner marketing initiatives.

• Maintain strong relationships with key partners to understand their needs and goals.

• Coordinate with internal teams to provide resources and support for partner marketing activities.

• Prepare and deliver regular reports on the impact of partner marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or alliance marketing.

• Previous ecosystem marketing or partnership experience in the web3 space.

• Ability to coordinate effectively across design, content, events and legal teams.

• Strong project management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with Notion, CRMs and marketing automation tools.

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
