Position: Partnership Associate – Infrastructure

Location: Remote (United States)

Job Type: Independent Contractor (No insurance, PTO, & benefits; candidate will be responsible for any tax and insurance, business trips will be reimbursed)

Salary: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year to be paid in digital currency (USDT/USDC)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partnership Associate – Infrastructure focus with an emphasis in GTM and Co-Marketing activations. This role will prioritize infrastructure partnerships in the web3 space. The ideal candidate will support the Partnerships team in identifying, building, and managing strategic relationships with infrastructure providers, developers, and other ecosystem participants to enhance the scalability, interoperability, and reliability of our platform. This role is critical in driving adoption, expanding technical integrations, and fostering collaboration with key infrastructure partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in launching joint initiatives, pilots, or co-marketing efforts with infrastructure partners to showcase integrations and ecosystem benefits.
  • Coordinate collaborative marketing efforts with projects that can benefit the TRON brand
  • Identify and Develop Partnerships
  • Research and identify potential infrastructure partners, including node operators, RPC providers, API platforms, data indexing solutions, and cross-chain protocols.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities that align with our platform’s scalability and ecosystem growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with infrastructure partners to ensure successful collaborations.

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or technical roles within blockchain, fintech, or SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, including RPCs, oracles, cross-chain protocols, and indexing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Layer 1 and Layer 2 solutions, including rollups, sidechains, and bridges.
