Your PurposeÂ
Product Marketing Managers at Bitso will be responsible for three main product stages: positioning, launch, and lifecycle management. At the product (or feature) positioning stage, you will be accountable for understanding our consumer segments and their needs, mapping competition offerings and positionings, and defining the product’s target segment and positioning. At the launch stage, you will take ownership of the product (or feature) go-to-market strategy. You will also define how we will communicate the launch, involving all resources and teams necessary to produce the campaign, and reporting results and learnings – focusing on current Bitso customers. Also, in the product lifecycle management stage, you are ultimately responsible for leading marketing initiatives to increase product (or feature) use and consumer engagement.

Who You AreÂ
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience working with Product Marketing.
- Passionate about Cryptocurrencies.
- Experience in Crypto and with Stablecoins is a plus.
- Solid experience developing marketing plans.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, present key findings, and apply findings to future programs.
- Proven experience to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and quantitative and qualitative skills.
- Able to understand business needs in a fast-paced industry and adapt accordingly.
- Self-starter. Proactively identify and navigate through ambiguity with little or no guidance.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- A good team player and also able to work independently.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.

What You Will DoÂ
Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Bitso’s business goals.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Develop product positionings that differentiate new products and services from others in the market.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes, from concept through execution and analysis.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and ROI.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.
- Act as a guardian of the product’s OKRs and key metrics when approving marketing material.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing performance.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI.
Partnerships and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and agencies to amplify marketing efforts.
- Work with internal teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and company goals.
- Make sure all customer-facing teams, such as marketing, PR, and customer service, clearly understand the plan and the product roadmap – including preparing Q&A material to share with stakeholders.
