We are seeking an experienced Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management in the tech industry and a deep understanding of blockchain, crypto, and web3 concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Agile processes throughout the company, including but not limited to the Development team. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define Agile frameworks, create customized workflows, and establish best practices for project management
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and improving processes across various departments within the company. Analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Configure and maintain the Jira platform to align with project management needs. Customize Jira workflows, issue types, and project configurations to optimize tracking, reporting, and visibility of project progress. Train and support team members on Jira usage and best practices
  • Lead regular Scrum of Scrums meetings involving multiple Agile teams to ensure alignment, coordination, and resolution of interdependencies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management in the tech industry, preferably blockchain
  • Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto, and web3 concepts
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
  • Fluent written and verbal English
  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus
