Job Summary:

The Risk Project Manager will be responsible for all complaints handling processes within Foris Europe EOOD.In his/her everyday work the Employee is subordinate to his/her superior or to the Managing Director of the Company, according to the approved Company’s organizational chart. Primary Job Responsibilities:

Functional: а) In his/her everyday work the Employee communicates and interacts with his/her supervisor, other members of his/her department, Managing Director of the Company.

b) Communicates and interacts with employees or representatives of other individuals and legal entities and organizations, including institutions and supervisory authorities, if necessary.

The Managing Director, other managing officers and staff of the Company shall support the Employee in performing the tasks assigned to him/her providing the necessary resources, access to personal and business data and information.

Reporting: The Employee reports the progress of their work to their superior or to the Managing Director of the Company. The report should contain any obstacles that they have encountered and that might affect the outcome of their work, or problems that might affect the business workflow of the Company, or circumstances and obstacles that might put at risk the fulfilment of contractual commitments to clients or business partners.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in project management or organizational roles.
  • Expert knowledge: preferably have profound knowledge of the applicable contemporary practices in the field of risk management, including but not limited to understanding of operational matters regarding risk management, as well as Project Management. Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, or other Process Improvement methodologies will be considered an advantage.
  • Business orientation: must have a reasonable understanding of the Company’s business, its technical, financial and organizational structure.
  • Professional skills: must be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels both inside and outside the Company and should have strong written and verbal communication skills. In addition, the Employee must stand out with excellent leadership and organizational skills, decision making skills, effective problem-solving skills, as well as skills to work independently and in a team.
  • Personal skills: Integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, ability to respect the personal dignity and rights of each employee, interest in the fintech industry and motivation to occupy the position.

  • Takes ownership and accountability in projects, related to the evolution of the Risk Management processes, systems, reporting and other department activities;
  • Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically lead business and product teams to define and deliver solutions to establish standard processes and quality experiences;
  • Identifies and analyses data to isolate issues, develop solutions and prioritize opportunities for experience improvements;
  • Plans and manages multiple parallel projects within set timelines;
  • Maximizes resource utilization for the greater good of the organization;
  • Creates, maintains and disseminates project information to stakeholders and senior management;
  • Remains flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and has service quality as the top focus;
  • Acts as a visible and vocal role model across the wider business for the Company’s customer-centric culture;
  • Cooperates with all departments for requirements and information gathering that would, result in risk management process improvement
  • Participates in ad-hoc projects as directed by SVP, Risk Management and Senior Risk Management;
  • Regularly reports against all the above-described duties to the line managers;
  • Other duties assigned by their superior or company managers in accordance to the position.
