We are looking for a Senior Recruiter (Non-tech) to handle 360 degrees recruitment for many types of tech roles such as Backend, Front End, DevOps, Security and more.

This is role has huge impact as part of the biggest player in the industry, with the chance to contribute to Binance’s growth into a 1000+ global organisation.

Globally we are expanding rapidly. We do not limit ourselves to the regions we are based in an hiring talent from abroad often.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline and advising and building a close relationship with your business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategies together
  • Creating new recruiting strategies and improving talent acquisition branding
  • Creating job descriptions and posting on various channels
  • Screening of new candidate resumes and conducting interviews
  • Creatively sourcing new talent through online resources
  • Coordinating interviews for other members
  • Attending networking events and hiring seminars

Requirements

  • 3+ years Experience in Technical recruiting – agency or in-house
  • Fluent English and an International background is highly desirable
  • A keen ability to recognise top talent from interviews and resumes
  • Effective stakeholder management, relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and logical mindset and communication style
  • Strong problem-solving ability and an open-mind to challenge
