About the Opportunity ✍️

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage with audiences, and drive traffic across various platforms. This role requires strong content creation skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

    • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
    • Project Management: Work with MoonPay’s in-house creative agency on briefs and deliverables to support social campaigns and partner marketing initiatives.
    • Content Creation & Management: Create compelling, high-quality content (text, images, video) for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
    • Influencer Collaborations: Work with members of our community to bring MoonPay’s stories to life across social media, and internal teams to manage their relationships and contracts with MoonPa
    • Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and fans on social media channels, fostering a positive community.
    • Analytics & Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for social media campaigns to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed.

    • Qualifications:
    • Passion for crypto and experience in crypto social environment 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
    • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
    • Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to produce visually appealing content.

    • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
    • Knowledge of influencer marketing or partnerships.
    • Familiarity with video editing or basic animation.
