The Role
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join the developer relations team at Polygon. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our awareness efforts.
- Manage and oversee social media content/channels
- Develop an audience by creating value for the community you manage, foster camaraderie amongst its members, and mitigate risks
- Create and manage online events, webinars, community groups, provide help and support for the users
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Adhere to brand guidelines
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with influencers
What you need to succeed:
- Knowledgeable about the web3 space, with an understanding of the crypto community’s vibes, culture, and latest trends
- Experience working in an early-stage environment (either company or product)
- Demonstrated ability to produce successful and creative social media content and campaigns
- Unorthodox approaches to producing social media and community engagement content across platforms
- Familiarity with social media tools and web analytics
- Excellent communication and people skills
