Overview

cLabs is seeking a Support Lead to join our Product circle and focus on the growth of the Celo international user base. This hire will work alongside our Ecosystem Growth team to deliver bringing Celo to our target markets.

Celo has a highly international and unique user base and this position will interface with a mix of pilot participants and direct consumer users. This position will lead and create the strategy to decentralize support function and our Support Lead will be the front line for user questions.

You will:

  • Work cross functionality with Engineering, Product Owners, and Account Managers to drive user issues to resolution
  • Navigate large datasets to identify patterns and trends in user needs and considerations
  • Work with a mix of pilot participants and direct consumer users
  • Be the frontline for user questions that may include crypto familiarity
  • Identify ways in which our product is being used fraudulently or scams with fake products/entities

You have:

  • The ability to collaborate cross functionally w/ engineering, product owners, and account managers to drive user issues to resolution
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and with eng users
  • Facility navigating large datasets to identify patterns and trends in user needs & considerations
  • Prior support leadership experience & experience scaling support teams

Nice to have skills/abilities:

  • Working with a product that has a highly international user base
  • Prior experience working on a financial product
