We’re looking for a Talent manager to ensure the growth of our team with a talent focused on value for clients. The successful candidate will hire and onboard top talent for HQ and regional offices and structure talent growth operations: scouting, interviewing, onboarding, 360 feedback, up or out.

To do

  • Take control over hiring funnel from the first touch of target talent groups to interviews, onboarding and performance review
  • Identify hiring priorities with the managing partners and unit leaders
  • Create targeted job descriptions and deliver through recruiting channels
  • Build applications pipeline and pre-screen candidates
  • Organize batch and individual interviews
  • Manage and execute scoring and job offer decisions
  • Onboard new hires with hiring managers, buddy, culture introduction and first-week tasks assignments
  • Organize meetups, hackathons and olympiads to attract champions
  • Coordinate hiring in foreign offices
  • Contribute to the client oriented culture development

Who fits

  • 3+ years in a high pace international environment
  • Motivation to attract and retain those who are greater than we are in value creation skills
  • Experience in HR is a plus, however, problem-solving skills, integrity and hard working skills are more important
  • You would prefer tests, case interviews and fact-based hiring decisions
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Diligent and detail-oriented person
