We’re looking for a Talent manager to ensure the growth of our team with a talent focused on value for clients. The successful candidate will hire and onboard top talent for HQ and regional offices and structure talent growth operations: scouting, interviewing, onboarding, 360 feedback, up or out.

To do
- Take control over hiring funnel from the first touch of target talent groups to interviews, onboarding and performance review
- Identify hiring priorities with the managing partners and unit leaders
- Create targeted job descriptions and deliver through recruiting channels
- Build applications pipeline and pre-screen candidates
- Organize batch and individual interviews
- Manage and execute scoring and job offer decisions
- Onboard new hires with hiring managers, buddy, culture introduction and first-week tasks assignments
- Organize meetups, hackathons and olympiads to attract champions
- Coordinate hiring in foreign offices
- Contribute to the client oriented culture development

Who fits
- 3+ years in a high pace international environment

- Experience in HR is a plus, however, problem-solving skills, integrity and hard working skills are more important
