As an OpenSea Technical Learning Designer, you’ll create learning experiences that strengthen and empower our Engineering teams.


  • Contribute to the learning culture at OpenSea
  • Design a comprehensive onboarding program targeted to Engineers
  • Develop technical application exercises as part of our engineering education programs
  • Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to understand our technology and how it operates within a complex system, and translate this information to support the needs of technical and non-technical audiences
  • Design and develop diagrams and other job aids support understanding of complex engineering workflows
  • Assess learning requests to identify root issue and appropriate means of solving them
  • Design and develop learning experiences that strengthen company goals and initiativesHelp teams develop best practices, workflows, and behaviors to improve work quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and L&D team members to strengthen multiple learning tracks
  • Own engineering learning programs from start to finish
  • Evaluate the impact of each learning experience and improve them over time

  • Proficient in Apple macOS, Pages, Keynote, and Numbers and Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • Project management strategies and relevant software tools
  • Passion for contributing to the web3 ecosystem
