The People Team ❤️ 

We are looking for a Total Rewards Partner who is able to design compensation programs with global applicability with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and implement new solutions. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, this position will drive the compensation rewards philosophy and design programs that support that philosophy and the culture of the organization while enabling local implementation.

What you’ll do 👀 

  • Work closely with the Head of Total Rewards on the development and implementation of MoonPay’s total rewards strategy, aligned with the company culture and values
  • Participate in the design of rewards programs including compensation, equity, benefits, wellbeing and performance.
  • Participate in market data surveys; evaluate compensation trends, market data and benchmark surveys to ensure market competitiveness of all rewards programs
  • Perform statistical/data analysis and provide insights and trends to support decision making
  • Partner with the HR Manager to roll-out the annual compensation review process, communication and budgeting process
  • Provide ongoing compensation advice to the business, namely on annual compensation cycles, promotions, new hires and headcount budgeting processes.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for any matter regarding compensation and benefits, building rewards related communications and training

  • You are a rewards subject matter expert, with significant experience building and managing total rewards programs globally
  • You are a detail oriented, organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • You have a mix of large company experience coupled with entrepreneurial, high-growth company experience
  • You have a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • You have extensive knowledge of HRIS (preferably Workday) in defining compensation requirements and running tool functionalities for compensation processes
  • You are comfortable in a dynamic fast-paced environment where you must be able to design as well as implement
  • You’re passionate about people and excited about fostering and creating a people first culture
