We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Web3 Community Manager to join our marketing team! As a Web3 Community Manager,  you will be the voice and advocate of our community, responsible for building strong relationships and ensuring a positive and enriching experience for all our community members.

To help you best prepare, we’ve outlined the interview process for this role, we aim to have this process completed within 3 weeks:

  • 30 minute google meet with our People and Talent Coordinator
  • 45 minutes technical interview with our VP of Marketing
  • 30 minutes google meet with our Content Director
  • 30 minutes google meet with our Global Growth Director


What we’re looking for:

  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs and the web3 ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in community building, preferably in the crypto/web3 space.
  • Proven experience in growing communities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organisational abilities.
  • Familiarity with community management tools like Discord, Telegram etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Passion for crypto/web3 and belief in its potential to reshape industries.
  • The role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, communication skills, and community-building expertise to foster a thriving ecosystem around a crypto/web3 project.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain an active community across various online channels like Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit etc.
  • Moderate discussions, answer questions, and provide support to community members on a daily basis.
  • Create and curate engaging content (blog posts, newsletters, videos etc.) to educate the community about the project.
  • Organise online and offline events like AMAs, Twitter Spaces, meetups etc. to foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, giveaways, and other initiatives to drive growth.
  • Monitor community sentiment, gather feedback, and relay it to the product/development teams.
  • Grow the community channels to achieve more following & engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, news, and developments in the crypto/web3 space.
  • Build relationships with influencers, partners, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Analyse community metrics and provide reports on growth and engagement.
