The Role

We are looking for a Web3 Researcher & Community Manager to join our team. This hybrid role blends rigorous research with community-building: analyzing emerging trends in digital assets while helping Nomada.xyz establish a strong presence among investors, builders, and thought leaders.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of crypto markets, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to foster meaningful conversations within the Web3 community. You will be both an internal knowledge contributor and an external ambassador of Nomada.xyz’s research and investment philosophy.

Responsibilities

a) Research

Conduct in-depth research on blockchain protocols, DeFi projects, digital asset markets, and emerging sectors (e.g., stablecoins, L2s, tokenized assets).

Synthesize on-chain and off-chain data into actionable insights and investment theses.

Produce high-quality research reports, briefs, and commentary for both internal use and public distribution.

Track and analyze governance developments, regulatory shifts, and ecosystem risks.

b) Community & Engagement

Manage Nomada.xyz’s online presence across Twitter (X), Telegram, Discord, and other channels.

Translate research findings into engaging content, threads, and thought leadership pieces that resonate with the Web3 community.

Build and nurture relationships with researchers, investors, builders, and analysts across the crypto space.

Organize and host community events such as AMAs, research discussions, or virtual roundtables.

Act as the first point of contact for community inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Requirements

  • Strong background in crypto/Web3, with proven experience in research, analysis, or investment.
  • Solid understanding of DeFi, blockchain infrastructure, and digital asset markets.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of producing both technical research and accessible content.
  • Experience in community management, social media strategy, or ecosystem building within Web3.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret on-chain data, metrics, and market trends.
  • Self-starter, comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Previous experience at a research firm, crypto fund, or Web3 protocol.
  • Ability to code or use on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Glassnode, etc.).
  • Established presence in Web3 research or crypto Twitter.
