The Starknet Foundation is a non-profit organisation established to support the development of Starknet, a state-of-the-art layer 2 blockchain network built on top of Ethereum. Our mission is to unlock Ethereum’s scalability and efficiency, making decentralised applications more accessible and effective.

Starknet is writing a new chapter in the story of Web3. This is your chance to author part of it. We are looking for a wordsmith, who is fascinated by Web3, eager to learn about Starknet, and driven to find ways to connect with both crypto-native and crypto-confused audiences through creative and engaging content.

The person who takes on this role will need to be a self-starter, and comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously. More importantly, they will need to be creative, open, and interested in bringing forward new ideas for content both in terms of form and substance, and be able to quickly execute on them.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, engaging content including articles, blog posts, social media posts, and video scripts.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization, to create content for events, campaigns, product announcements, and partnerships.
  • Create case studies/success stories that highlight our current ecosystem projects.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive content calendar.
  • Proofread and edit content from both internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Analyse content performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of content/copywriting experience (2+ with a Web3 project or agency).
  • Strong interest in and understanding of Web3, and a true believer in how it can change the world.
  • The ability to simplify complex concepts and turn them into content that can engage both crypto natives and people new to the space.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, a true love of language, and strong feelings about Oxford commas 🙂
  • Familiarity with content management systems and analytics tools.
  • The ability to stay calm and organized even when managing multiple projects.
  • Native English speaker.
